ACCESSIBILITY
Our commitment to an accessible digital experience.
Grow Fast HQ and Your Success Consulting, LLC work to make public website content and client-facing digital experiences usable by people with disabilities.
Target standard
Our target for primary public website workflows is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably achievable. This is an ongoing operational target and is not presented as a third-party certification.
What we design for
- Logical heading structure and meaningful link text
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls
- Visible keyboard focus
- Readable contrast, typography, spacing, and responsive layouts
- Touch targets that are practical on common mobile devices
- Native controls for expandable content, forms, and media
- Form labels, instructions, required-field identification, understandable errors, and confirmation messaging
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and captions or transcripts when needed
Motion and media
Essential information should not depend on animation, audio, or video. Autoplaying video is muted, provides visible controls, and can be paused. The site reduces nonessential motion when a visitor’s device requests reduced motion.
Third-party services
Some scheduling, portal, video, form, or document experiences may be provided by third parties. Their accessibility can change independently of this website. When a third-party barrier is reported, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative while the issue is reviewed.
Need assistance or found a barrier?
Email s.mattox@ysco.solutions and include, when available:
- The page, document, form, or feature involved
- What you were trying to accomplish
- The barrier you encountered
- Your device, browser, or assistive technology
- The best way to contact you
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and provide either a practical alternative or a status update as the issue is investigated.
Continuous review
Accessibility is reviewed as navigation, templates, forms, media, and major content areas change. Automated checks may support this work, but they do not replace keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, mobile, and human usability review.
