ABOUT YSCO
Business owners should not have to learn every critical operating lesson alone.
YSCO helps established owner-led businesses strengthen leadership, operating structure, measurable execution, and the systems required to grow without consuming the owner.

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sam Mattox built YSCO to give owners the operating support he did not have when building his first businesses.
Sam’s background includes military service, operations and project leadership, nonprofit consulting, and direct work with owner-led organizations. That experience shaped a consulting model grounded in responsibility, measurable execution, practical decision-making, and keeping commitments.
YSCO is not designed around handing over a report and disappearing. The work connects diagnosis, operating structure, leadership behavior, implementation, weekly execution, and evidence-based review.
Areas of authority: operating-system design, owner dependence, execution cadence, leadership and delegation, KPI visibility, fractional operating leadership, and small-business implementation.
The Core Four in Practice
Values are only useful when they change how the work is done.
Each principle defines a leadership standard, an operating behavior, and the experience clients should be able to recognize without being told.
The YSCO Ecosystem
One connected path from recognition to stronger leadership and execution.
Each part of the ecosystem has a distinct role. Together, they help an owner recognize the problem, understand the business, choose the right intervention, execute the work, and build the leadership capacity required to sustain the result.
Empower 100,000 business owners in five years. The ecosystem is designed to make high-quality operating guidance more understandable, more actionable, and more connected from first insight through sustained implementation.
